Cryo Monitoring

Cryo storage is increasing rapidly worldwide in both liquid nitrogen storage as well as vapour phase storage. Together with the company Cryo Solutions, IKS International has developed a universal cryogenic controller that can be directly linked to the XiltriX monitoring system. In this way it will be possible to receive very detailed data from the controller directly into the XiltriX user interface. This is both convenient and very cost effective.

 

XiltriX monitoring fits all types and brands of cryogenic vessels

  • Small and large liquid vessels
  • Small and large vapour phase vessels

Liquid vessels are measured using a pt100

  • Extremely robust (no false alarms)
  • Both minimum level AND temperature monitoring
  • Detects when vessels are filled or opened

Vapour phase vessels are measured using a pt100 and digital input

  • Extremely robust (no false alarms)
  • Independent temperature monitoring at warmest position
  • Detects when vessel controller senses a problem

CryoFill controller will communicate in real-time with XiltriX
